What to expect as a host of an epic house party on February 23, 2024
We will create your custom invitation that you can print & mail to your guests, or a digital version that you can email to your guests within 24-48 hours.
You will receive frequent email communication coordinating the party with the Epic House Party Coordinator.
On the day of the Epic House Party, your party package will be delivered to your home between 3:30 – 5 PM with all the instructions that you need to tune into the live video presentation of The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton and video presentation.
Helpful Hostess Tips:
Invite your guests early, as soon as you know you are hosting!
On the day of the event, set the table for your guests
Expect food delivery between 3:30 – 5 PM
