  • Epic House Party is a unique fundraiser for The Boys and Girls Club of Bluffton, SC. Hosts sign up for a party of 8 and host the party in their own home. Included with the host package is delivery of your hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, beer & wine for 8 guests. Guests follow a short evening program digitally to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton.

  • The Children who need us the most! All proceeds go to The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton, SC. 48% of these children are living under the federal poverty line and 50% are living in a single parent home. The Club provides a safe, after-school environment focusing on academic/career preparedness, healthy lifestyles and good citizenship. The $100,000 that we are seeking to raise from this fundraiser goes to the general operating budget of The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton that exceeds $1MM annually.

  • The cost to host a party for 8 guests is $1,000 or $125 per person. Some hosts choose to treat their guests to the dinner while others collect the price of the ticket from their guests. This is up to you!

  • Have your guests Venmo you or give you a check. The cost to attend is $125 per person. There’s no reason you need to foot the bill for your guests (unless you want to!) because this is a fundraiser, it’s totally acceptable to ask your guests to donate towards the dinner party host fees that go to The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton. (Emily Post approved!) You are also welcome to collect the checks at the party and pay The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton after the event.

  • YES! We say this just may be an introverts dream fundraiser. You can buy individual tickets for $125 each. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver but you can pick up your party package at Southern Graces Hewitt Oaks at 3:30 on Friday, February 23, 2024.

    A schedule of events will be provided to you. As a host, it’s your responsibility to help the guests follow the program that is designed to be short but entertaining and help us raise money for the Club. Please do follow the event schedule!

  • A technology how-to guide will be included in your package. Troubleshooting will be available with a contact person on call that you can call with questions.

  • Great question! Thank you for asking. As a host, you will be asked to circulate the online marketplace link and QR code to your guests. This is the best way to help encourage donations!

  • Yes! Just make sure to note the delivery address as one and indicate how many people are coming.

  • Yes! Additional tickets are $125 per person.
